Payment
All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Payments are processed by PayPal or Square. Your order will be processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and will appear on your statement or account in your own currency at the conversion rate prevailing at the time. We accept all major credit cards and Modern Metaphysicae Gift Cards.

Delivery
Please note, due to COVID-19 postal and parcel delivery services may not be accepting overseas shipments to your country. You may also encounter longer than typical shipping times. All orders are still being accepted and will be shipped in a timely fashion as best we can. Please allow for 7-10 business days from the date of your purchase for your order to ship. Shipping times may very greatly. You can find our normal delivery terms below:
Readings and Products will generally be shipped or delivered digitally via the e-mail provided within 7 to 10 business days after the date of payment, although this is subject to change depending on a number of factors and Modern Metaphysicae will endeavor to update you to any foreseeable delays when possible.

Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be made unless an item arrives broken or damaged.
In general Modern Metaphysic Man does not take returns or exchanges. If your item arrives broke, or you received an incorrect item please e-mail us as soon as possible at modernmetaphysicae@gmail.com
If after receiving your item you simply are not happy and feel you need to ask for a return or exchange please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item so we can try and make it right. Any requests after this point will be declined. We are a small one person business and do our best to make every customer happy.
International Terms & Conditions
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Every order made via the web shop will be shipped with the mention: 'DDU' (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) means that the sender accepts ALL responsibility and costs associated with transporting the goods.
When the package will arrive at its destination country, the receiver (i.e. the customer) will most probably be contacted by customs authorities to pay any customs duty owed before it will be released. NB: If customs are not able to make contact with the recipient (i.e. the customer), the package could be returned or delayed (which is why it is essential to provide correct contact information upon checkout. If the product gets returned to us, there will be a possibility for the customer to pay for the parcel to get shipped a second time. Otherwise, a refund for the product itself could be issued. But there will be NO refund at all for 'shipping fees' or for exchange rates differences.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
